In partnership with The Matthews House and Estes Valley Investment in Childhood Success (EVICS) Family Resource Center, Be Ready Navigators can serve families with children ages 0-8 and can help families in Larimer County with:
- Language and learning
- Health and activity
- Feelings and behavior
- School readiness
- Parenting and family engagement
Navigators are trained professionals who can assist families short-term or long-term, depending on the needs of the family. Navigators can meet a family in their home, out in the community or in their offices. They can assist with providing age-appropriate activities in the home and out in the community, connect to a primary care physician, assist with locating quality childcare, and more!
