Community Resources:

Be Ready Navigators

The Be Ready Navigators provide resource navigation for families with children as it relates to Early Childhood (Birth through age 8) and being ready for school. They serve to support you and your family as you prepare your children to enter school. The focus is to connect you to, and serve as a contact between, community resources that support school readiness for your children in the areas of health and activity, language and learning, and feelings and behavior. In addition, they are able to connect you to resources in the community that support the entire family.
